I will give you any and all information about the rabbit before purchasing to the best of my knowledge.
All rabbits born in my rabbitry will have the title "Scots Pine's _______" You may not change this, or the given name of the rabbit for any reason at any time.
I strive for personality and health in my rabbits. Unhealthy rabbits will not be sold. Buyer's are encouraged to check over said rabbit before purchasing to ensure health and gender.
All fees MUST be paid in full before the rabbit leaves my property.
When requesting a rabbit, a pick up date must be specified. If the rabbit is not picked up on said date (and no contact has been made) the rabbit will go back up for sale.
Once a rabbit has left my property, I no longer guarantee the health of the rabbit.
Rabbits will only be sold after they are completely weaned, about 8 weeks of age.
**If you decide that you can no longer care for the rabbit (and the animal is healthy) I will take it back. No refund will be given. ** Please do NOT set them "free"
If you have never owned a rabbit before, I will provide you with as much information as possible to ensure you will be a qualified rabbit owner. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Spaying/Neutering - This is up to you. Please be aware that rabbits are sensitive to anesthesia. If you do decide to spay/neuter your rabbit, please ensure that your veterinarian is familiar with treating rabbits.

Why buy from a breeder?
You know what you are getting. When you buy from a pet store, most of the time you are buying a "dwarf" rabbit with no specific breed attached. You don't know about the health of the rabbit or where it came from. You don't know the real age, the real breed, or the parents. Most of the time there is no health guarantee. Buying from a breeder you know exactly where the rabbit came from. You know they are healthy. You know the exact date they were born. You can see the parents (or pictures of them) You can get a pedigree for the rabbit. You know you are getting a quality animal for roughly the same price you would pay for a pet store rabbit.
